Scope of Works:
- To act as the Companys HSE representative onboard the rig, ensuring that drilling and SIMOP operations at the rig site are being always performed in safe, efficient, and environmentally friendly manners and in line with COMPANY and rig contractor HSE policy and procedure.
- Promote and ensure all the health, safety and environment activities follows and comply with Companys HSE policies, procedures and regulations and effectively implemented to secure work environment in order to meet COMPANY HSE plan and targets.
- Lead the team to promote and conduct V&V program, BBS based behavior, PBED, HSE risk analysis.
- Plan and facilitate Weekly HSE Meeting with Drilling operations team in town in conjunction with rig contractor / drilling supervisor and rig contractor HSE.
- Lead the team to facilitate the rig site Job Safety Analysis (JSA) Process.
- Daily review STOP cards generated onboard the rig and ensure effectiveness of STOP program is utilize, discuss with Drilling Supervisor to generate the plan to rectify the hazardous issue that could arise.
- Participate in all pre job planning activities for high exposure potential operation - including SIMOPS operation – ensure high risk task will be discussed prior to operation execution.
- Lead the effort to perform rig HSE audits and inspections and report safety trends to the Drilling Supervisor and Drilling Superintendent.
- Assume a leadership role in mentoring and coaching crew members regarding COMPANYs HSE policy and producers requirements.
- Perform orientation of personnel boarding the rig in accordance with COMPANY HSE policy and procedures.
- Ensure HSE critical equipment onboard the rig is properly maintained as procedure of the rig contractor and COMPANY.
- Develop and establish department policies and procedures by formulating and reviewing operational needs and obtaining approval and ensure compliance with business requirements, strategies and objectives.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by Superior.
Requirement(s):
- Possess at least Bachelors Degree in Health, Safety and Environmental science
- At least 7 years of experiences as an Offshore Rig Site Drilling Safety Supervisor
- Extensive knowledge and experience of Drilling batch factory model including offline activity while drilling
- Good knowledge and experience of the drilling SIMOPS activity
- Good knowledge and experience of the risk assessment and how to apply to the operations.
- Good knowledge and experience of the BBS and SWA safety system and how to apply to the operations.
- Good knowledge and understanding of the PBED, Hazard Hunt and able to apply to the drilling operations.
- Have a strong leadership who can manage multiple stakeholders both rig contractor and services companies
- Have a strong mentoring and coaching skills who builds high performing teams
