Description

We are seeking Executives, Senior Executives, and Managers to join the engineering-focused technical workforce. These roles are critical in supporting engineering projects, ensuring system reliability, and delivering technical solutions across mechanical, electrical, civil, and instrumentation disciplines. Successful candidates will gain exposure to high-impact engineering projects and contribute to operational excellence.

Executive Roles

  • Assist in installation, maintenance, and repair of engineering systems.
  • Conduct inspections, testing, and troubleshooting under supervision.
  • Support engineers in preparing technical drawings, documentation, and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and engineering procedures.
  • Provide technical support during project execution.

Senior Executive Roles

  • Lead specialized engineering functions and oversee complex technical tasks.
  • Supervise and mentor junior executives, ensuring quality and safety standards.
  • Troubleshoot advanced engineering issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Drive process improvements, efficiency initiatives, and technical best practices.

Manager Roles

  • Lead and oversee teams of executives and senior executives.
  • Plan, allocate, and monitor engineering tasks and resources.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
  • Provide technical guidance, training, and mentoring to team members.
  • Report on progress, challenges, and solutions to senior management.
  • Contribute to long-term engineering strategy and workforce development.

Requirements

  • Diploma, technical certificate, or vocational training in relevant engineering fields (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Instrumentation).
  • 1 to 5 years of relevant experience for Executive roles.
  • 5 to 9 years of relevant experience for Senior Executive roles.
  • 10 to 14 years of supervisory experience for Manager roles.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering safety practices and compliance standards.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and operate relevant tools/equipment.
  • Good communication skills in Malay and English.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • Team-oriented with strong work ethic.
  • Leadership and mentoring skills (for Senior Executive and Manager roles).
  • Flexibility to adapt to project-based assignments.
