Well Services SSHE Specialist - Onshore/Offshore (Sabah)

Job Purpose:

The Well Services SSHE Specialist is responsible for providing SSHE (Safety, Security, Health & Environment) support to well services and well intervention activities, ensuring that operations are conducted safely, efficiently and in compliance with company SSHE standards, applicable legislation, and contractual requirements.

Qualification / Certifications:

• Possess minimum a Bachelor degree or Diploma in science or engineering.
• Relevant SSHE/HSE professional certification is preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum of 7 years work experience in oil and gas industry including experience working within a Production Sharing Contract (PSC) environment.
• A minimum of 5 years of in supporting activities such as well intervention, workover, completion, well testing, stimulation, wireline, slickline, coiled tubing, pumping and Plug & Abandonment (P&A) operations.
• Experience supporting both rig- based and rigless well intervention activities, where applicable.
• Experience providing SSHE/HSE support in offshore oil and gas operations.
• Experience working with well services contractors, intervention service companies and other specialist service providers is preferred.
• Experience in HIRA/JSA/JHA, PTW compliance, SSHE inspections and field assurance.
