We are looking for Contract Administrator to support our upcoming oil & gas projects.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Administer and manage contracts from initiation until close-out.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain contract documents, amendments, and records.
  • Ensure contracts comply with company policies and PETRONAS contractual requirements.
  • Monitor contractor performance and ensure contractual obligations are met.
  • Provide contract support to project, procurement, finance, and technical teams.
  • Assist in contract evaluation, clarification, and variation processes.
  • Maintain contract database and ensure proper documentation for audit purposes.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering, Law, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Oil & Gas industry.
  • At least 3 years of experience in contract administration or contract analyst role.
  • Experience working with PSC, JDA, or RSC companies is preferred.
  • Knowledge of PETRONAS contract requirements is an advantage.
  • Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
