About the job Contract Administrator
We are looking for Contract Administrator to support our upcoming oil & gas projects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage contracts from initiation until close-out.
- Prepare, review, and maintain contract documents, amendments, and records.
- Ensure contracts comply with company policies and PETRONAS contractual requirements.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure contractual obligations are met.
- Provide contract support to project, procurement, finance, and technical teams.
- Assist in contract evaluation, clarification, and variation processes.
- Maintain contract database and ensure proper documentation for audit purposes.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Law, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Oil & Gas industry.
- At least 3 years of experience in contract administration or contract analyst role.
- Experience working with PSC, JDA, or RSC companies is preferred.
- Knowledge of PETRONAS contract requirements is an advantage.
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
