Responsibilities

  • Develop, update, and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6.
  • Prepare Level 1-4 schedules, look-ahead schedules, milestone schedules, and recovery
    schedules.
  • Maintain WBS, OBS, CBS, project coding structures, and project control documentation.
  • Perform critical path analysis and identify schedule risks.
  • Monitor project progress against approved baselines and recommend corrective actions.
  • Prepare weekly, fortnightly, and monthly project progress reports.
  • Develop S-curves, manpower histograms, productivity reports, dashboards, and KPI reports.
  • Support project cost control, budget monitoring, forecasting, and cash flow reporting.
  • Perform cost variance analysis and support Earned Value Management reporting.
  • Maintain Change Order and Variation Order registers.
  • Support Management of Change processes and assess cost/schedule impacts.
  • Maintain project Risk and Opportunity Registers.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commercial, Finance, QA/QC, HSE, Clients, and Subcontractors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Mechatronics, Marine, or equivalent).
  • BEM registration is an advantage.
  • Primavera P6 certification preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Project Controls, Planning, Scheduling, or Cost Control within EPC/EPCIC, Oil & Gas, Offshore, Marine, or Infrastructure projects.
  • Well versed in Primavera P6 Scheduling; Project Planning & Scheduling; Cost Control & Forecasting; Progress Measurement; Earned Value Management; Project Reporting; Change Management; and Risk Management
