Senior Drilling Engineer

Qualifications:

• Lead and develop well engineering designs and drilling programs for development and/or complex wells.
• Perform detailed engineering calculations and analysis including well architecture design, casing and tubing design, hydraulics modelling, torque & drag analysis, and well control evaluations.
• Prepare, review, and optimize drilling programs in compliance with internal technical standards and industry best practices.
• Utilize advanced drilling engineering software such as Landmark WellCat, Drillbench, or equivalent tools to support design validation and operational planning.
• Plan and support execution of MPD and CBHP operations, ensuring safe pressure control and well integrity throughout drilling activities.
• Provide engineering support during offshore/onshore operations, including real-time technical troubleshooting and optimization.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 –15 years of experience in well engineering, drilling engineering, or well construction design.
• Strong technical background in drilling program development and well engineering deliverables.
• Proficiency in drilling engineering software such as WellCat, Drillbench, or equivalent applications.
• Proven hands-on experience in MPD and CBHP planning and execution.
• Strong understanding of well control principles, drilling hydraulics, and pressure management systems.
