Project QAQC Lead

Responsibility

• Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific QA/QC strategies, plans, and procedures.
• Oversee and manage QA/QC activities during engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, and HUC.
• Monitor contractors and subcontractors to ensure adherence to quality standards and contract requirements.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and verification activities to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Lead resolution of quality-related issues, including non-conformance reports and corrective actions.
• Provide QA/QC leadership and support to project management, engineering, and construction teams.
• Ensure lessons learned and best practices are documented and implemented.
• Report regularly on QA/QC performance, risks, and improvement initiatives.

Requirement

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 10 to 25 years total experience in oil & gas project execution.
• Minimum 5 years with a client/operator organization.
• Successfully delivered at least 2 development projects.
• Proven expertise in pipeline and platform Hook-Up & Commissioning (HUC).
• Strong understanding of international QA/QC codes, standards, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Available to start on Q4 2025.
• This is a contract basis position for 1.5 years
