Maintenance Engineer

Job Title: Maintenance Engineer

Location: Johor

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans to ensure plant equipment reliability and minimise downtime.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate spare parts, maintenance resources, and inventory requirements with procurement.
• Monitor maintenance performance, maintain equipment records, and prepare reliability reports.
• Implement maintenance improvements while ensuring compliance with HSE standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with operations, engineering, and HSE teams to align maintenance activities with production schedules.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of maintenance engineering experience in manufacturing, industrial, petrochemical, Oil & Gas, or process plant environments.
• Hands-on experience in preventive and predictive maintenance planning and execution.
• Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and reliability engineering skills.
• Good knowledge of HSE requirements, asset performance monitoring, and maintenance coordination.
