Responsibilities:
Lead and manage Climate Change service projects from initiation through delivery within the Oil & Gas and Energy industries. Ensure project execution meets technical objectives, budget, and timeline, while driving collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
- Lead project planning, scoping, and execution for climate-related services covering GHG, carbon strategy, ESG, climate risk, decarbonization, or CCUS.
- Manage client communication, reporting, and expectation alignment.
- Oversee deliverables quality, risks, progress tracking, and mitigation planning.
- Coordinate internal technical and consulting teams to support project delivery.
- Provide strategic direction and resolve operational or technical challenges.
- Responsible for project governance, resource allocation, KPI achievement, and documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Science or Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years experience in leading or managing Climate Change services in the Oil & Gas / Energy industry (team leader, project manager, or equivalent role).
- 5+ years of overall exposure in Climate Change services specifically within the Energy industry.
- Project management proficiency (scope, schedule, budget, stakeholder, and risk management).
- Strong leadership, coordination, and decision-making skills.
- Familiar with carbon policy, ESG reporting, emissions technologies, and Energy Transition trends.
- Excellent presentation and cross-functional communication capabilities.
