Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage offshore operations, maintenance teams, and contractors.
- Ensure safe, reliable, and efficient production while meeting operational KPIs.
- Drive HSE excellence and ensure compliance with PTW, RA, JSA, PSM, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain asset integrity of offshore facilities and safety-critical equipment.
- Coordinate daily offshore operations, maintenance, logistics, and manpower planning.
- Manage contractor performance and ensure compliance with contractual and HSE requirements.
- Act as Offshore Incident Commander during emergencies and lead emergency response activities.
- Support audits, inspections, and continuous operational improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Marine, Petroleum Engineering, or related discipline (or Professional Technical Diploma with relevant experience).
- 12–15 years of offshore operations experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
- Experience with FPSO, FSO, CPP, or Wellhead Platform operations.
- Strong knowledge of offshore production operations, maintenance, asset integrity, and HSE management.
- Valid offshore certifications such as BOSIET, HUET, Offshore Medical, and other relevant certifications are preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
