Contract Duration : 6 months

Scope of Works:

  • Develop, maintain, and regularly update the integrated Level 4 project schedule covering shipyard activities, thruster overhaul, crane repair, OEM attendance, commissioning, class inspections, and procurement activities.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
  • Establish and monitor the project critical path, key milestones, dependencies, and schedule constraints.
  • Conduct weekly progress measurement and update the project schedule based on actual site progress.
  • Monitor schedule performance, including float consumption, delays, slippages, and critical activities, and highlight potential schedule risks.
  • Develop and recommend recovery plans and schedule mitigation measures to address delays and maintain project milestones.
  • Integrate procurement, engineering, construction, commissioning, and inspection milestones into the overall project schedule.
  • Coordinate with project, engineering, procurement, shipyard, OEM, commissioning, and other relevant stakeholders to obtain accurate progress updates.
  • Support SG2 / SG3 gate reviews by providing schedule status, progress updates, key milestones, critical path analysis, and recovery actions.
  • Prepare and maintain weekly/monthly schedule reports, dashboards, progress updates, and schedule analysis for project management review.
  • Monitor changes to the project scope and assess their potential impact on schedule, milestones, and overall project completion.
  • Provide timely updates on schedule risks, delays, and potential impacts to the Project Management Team.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project planning and scheduling within offshore, shipyard, marine, oil & gas, or heavy industrial projects.
  • Proven experience in developing and managing integrated project schedules, preferably at Level 3/Level 4.
  • Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 is essential. Experience with MS Project is an added advantage.
  • Proven experience in critical path analysis, progress measurement, float management, schedule forecasting, and recovery planning.
  • Experience integrating engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and inspection activities into project schedules.
  • Drydock, vessel upgrade, shipyard, or marine project experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience working with OEMs, classification societies, shipyards, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling methodologies, project controls, and schedule management.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify schedule risks and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and attend the shipyard frequently in Singapore as required.
