Site Safety Supervisor

Requirement

• Minimum SPM or equivalent
• At least more than 5 years' working experience in Oil & Gas and/or Petrochemical industry
• Registered Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) with relevant authority (e.g., DOSH Malaysia)
• Valid Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) certification (mandatory)
• Mandatory safety training (e.g., HSE, PTW, LOTO, Confined Space, Working at Height)
• First Aid and Emergency Response training
• Incident investigation training (e.g., RCA – added advantage)
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices in downstream plants
• Proficient in PTW system implementation, verification, and compliance monitoring
• Ability to conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments (JHA/JSA)
• Experience in monitoring high-risk activities (lifting, confined space, hot work, working at height)
• Knowledge of incident reporting, investigation, and safety documentation
• Ability to enforce safety compliance among contractors and workforce
• Familiar with PETRONAS HSE requirements and ZeTo Rules (or equivalent)
• Good reporting, communication, and coordination skills
