HSE Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Implement, maintain, and monitor HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) procedures and programs in accordance with industry standards and project requirements.
• Provide daily HSE support, supervision, and guidance at the project site.
• Coordinate and lead safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Conduct HSE training and awareness sessions for site personnel.
• Develop risk assessments and hazard identification plans related to Turnaround (TA) and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to promote a proactive safety culture.
• Report and track HSE performance indicators and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Have significant years of relevant working experience in Oil & Gas and / or Petrochemical industry with 1 TA experience OR significant years s of relevant working experience in any other industry.
• Strong understanding of HSE regulations, practices, and procedures applicable to high-risk industries.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic work environment.
• Willing to work under contract basis period.
