Job Purpose:

Develop and oversee employee compensation and benefits, compensation databases, job descriptions, benchmark compensation as well as annual performance reviews.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE 

  • Minimum 8 years experience in human resources functions with particular emphasis in compensation & benefits and a good grounding in overall HR practices in oil & gas industry.
  • Critical and Analytical Thinking Skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development.
  • A proven track record in the ability to work independently, under pressure and deliver timely results.
  • Prior experience in HR practices and compensation & benefits cycle management and familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits
  • Working knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems
  • Adequate knowledge of current labour rules and regulations
  • Extensive knowledge of HRIS and MS Office
  • Familiarity with current employment rules and regulations

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Develop and design a consistent compensation philosophy in line with work culture and organizational objectives by defining a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned to companys strategy and business goals.

REWARD MANAGEMENT

  • Managing bonus & merit increment exercise by presenting paper to HRC for approval and implementation. Design and execute holistic total rewards strategies aligning with organizational goals to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.

JOB DESCRIPTION & JOB EVALUATION

  • Evaluate and analyze various roles within the organization, ensuring accurate job descriptions and classifications to establish fair and competitive compensation structures.

MEDICAL INSURANCE

  • Manage medical insurance renewal and provide comparison with insurance providers for the benefits of company and staff. Verify medical utilization reports from the Medical Insurance Provider and timely process all the invoices/billing from medical providers and claim reimbursement from employees.

INDUSTRIAL RELATION

  • Knowledgeable in the Employment Act and provide informed views of best practices or actions to take on pertinent issues to strengthen the Companys position, minimize litigation, and protect and enhance Company's reputation.

STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT

  • Deploy effective communication strategies in communicating any changes on policy if there is any relating to Compensation & Benefits

POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

  • Develop and establish the implementation of compensation & benefits policies and procedures by reviewing operational needs and obtaining approval and ensure compliance with business requirements, strategies and objectives.

EXPATRIATES CONTRACT MANAGEMENT

  • Managing the expatriate contract renewal and benefits package.
