Description

  • Focal person post-sales to run the operations.
  • To liaise and work closely with Project Owner throughout the Contract Duration and understand the full scope of work of the Contract.
  • Focal person to all the Consultants in a Contract. Focal person to liaise with Client pertaining to any issue related to Consultant.
  • Oversee of all the Service Agreement, Appointment Letter and any matter related to the Engagement or Employment of Consultant throughout the Consultants Contract Tenure.
  • Oversee and administer monthly payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate remittance to employees and relevant bodies, and in compliance with Company policies & procedures, and relevant legal requirements.
  • Undertake documentation; maintain updates and refinements of payroll procedures.
  • Administer Compensation & Benefits related exercise including job analysis, job evaluation and development of salary structure.
    · Keep updated with latest news and development on HR related issues i.e. regulations by statutory bodies, labor laws, & etc.
    · Responsible for managing stakeholders in HR related activities (e.g. employee movement, transfer, resignation and confirmation)
  • Expatriate Management:
  • Manage expatriate management including on board and repatriation administration, yearly tax filing, quarterly Prepare HR statistical reports for project owners review as and when required.
  • Maintain Consultants confidence and building positive rapport with the Consultants.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Requirement

  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • A more senior role would require a minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
  • Candidate with extensive experiences in HR, Business Administration or related fields can be considered.
  • Knowledge in payroll management with knowledge basic accounting
  • Sound knowledge in Employment Act and Malaysian legislation and benefits provision.
  • Familiar with Human Resources Information System / Payroll Software.
  • Required Language is English & Malay with proficiency in a third language is highly essential for this role.
