Junior Lawyer

Scope : Conveyancing, Commercial, and Banking Law

Responsibilities:

• Assist in handling conveyancing transactions, including sales and purchase agreements, property transfers, and mortgage documentation.
• Support in preparing and reviewing contracts related to commercial law matters.
• Aid in drafting legal documents and ensuring compliance with banking regulations.
• Conduct legal research and provide analysis on case laws and statutes.
• Liaise with clients, government authorities, and other legal professionals.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Law and called to the Malaysian Bar.
• Up to 2 years of legal experience.
• Strong understanding of conveyancing and commercial law.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a team and under supervision.
