About the job Senior Human Resources Executive
Talent Attraction & Acquisition
- Support interview activities, which includes liaising with advertising and recruitment agencies for placing recruitment advertisements;
- Sourcing for candidates; reviewing applications and resumes; carrying out phone screenings; making recommendations on candidates; coordinating and scheduling appointments; interviewing job applicants and conducting tests; informing short-listed candidates; and confirming time with both candidates as well as the hiring manager/interviewer;
- Record keeping review records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, resignations;
- Develop and maintain relationships with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources.
- Support the onboarding/ offboarding process for new hires/ resignation, including preparing necessary documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and coordinating with various departments
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Learning & Development
- Review, monitor and enhance performance management to ensure proper performance planning, tracking and reviewing are timely implemented for confirmation, quarterly and year end appraisal based on KPI.
- Drive alignment of performance management framework
- Participates in the implementation/roll-out of any new campaigns, initiatives, policies etc.
- Provide HR advice and support to business and employees on a wide range of operational HR issues.
- Develop and oversee communication campaigns and events for employee programmes, such as talent programmes and for change management/ transformation needs.
- Conduct and coordinate on Learning & Development functions such as internal training, competencies training, etc.
- Manage the execution and development of the Companys Talent program.
- Engage with the key stakeholders to conduct skills analysis, training need analysis.
- Understand and breakdown the business problem to be able to create and propose a learning solution.
Others
- Work collaboratively to improve efficiency and consistency execute all HR business processes.
- Ensure HR policies, procedures, reporting, records and filing systems such as employee files, leave records, etc. are updated and in compliance with the law.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- To update and maintain the monthly Organization Chart across the Group
- To support any other ad-hoc tasks as required.
Job Requirement
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources (HR) or Behavioural Science, Psychology, or equivalent degree qualifications.
- At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Proven experience being able to handle multiple tasks at the same time
