Job Description:

  • Assist the Commercial & Strategy team with daily administrative tasks.
  • Prepare and manage tenders, proposals and reports.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and generate regular sales reports.
  • Maintain accurate tenders and proposals documentations.
  • Analyze information and data to identify trends and opportunities for business improvement.
  • Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Work on department marketing & branding activities.
  • Develop impactful marketing articles, social media postings, email newsletters and networking events.
  • Liaise with other departments (e.g. Business Development, Operations, Finance, Recruiters) to ensure smooth sales operations
  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and materials.
  • Support the implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.

Qualification/Skills:

  • Any degree or diploma with minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in commercial / sales / business development roles.
  • Experiences in pre-sales and business development in talent solutions such as recruitment, payroll and manpower services are an advantage.
  • Persistency and ability in multi-tasking.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Client focused along with relationship building skills.
  • Integrity and confidentiality.
