Job Description:
- Assist the Commercial & Strategy team with daily administrative tasks.
- Prepare and manage tenders, proposals and reports.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- Maintain accurate sales records and generate regular sales reports.
- Maintain accurate tenders and proposals documentations.
- Analyze information and data to identify trends and opportunities for business improvement.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- Work on department marketing & branding activities.
- Develop impactful marketing articles, social media postings, email newsletters and networking events.
- Liaise with other departments (e.g. Business Development, Operations, Finance, Recruiters) to ensure smooth sales operations
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and materials.
- Support the implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.
Qualification/Skills:
- Any degree or diploma with minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in commercial / sales / business development roles.
- Experiences in pre-sales and business development in talent solutions such as recruitment, payroll and manpower services are an advantage.
- Persistency and ability in multi-tasking.
- Effective written and oral communication skills in English.
- Client focused along with relationship building skills.
- Integrity and confidentiality.
