Job Purpose

  • Manage and control all concerned parties (contractors and relevant concerned departments) on well servicing operations are conducted in complying with companys well objectives in the most efficient, safe, cost optimization and timely manner to ensure optimal performance of well services.
  • Conduct a systematic analysis and study on well servicing operational incidents following field characteristics in order to enhance and optimize well servicing operations to achieve all shared targets both in the short run and long run.
  • Conduct specified studies and provide technical expertise on well servicing and related equipment in order to identify areas of improvement and efficient management of the contract, operation and successful outcome of the well.
  • Responsible to organize and ensure the well servicing operations reports are update and kept in well files in order for solution decision making and prevention for reoccurrence.
  • Review and evaluate work programs and operational problems encountered during the well servicing operations and ensure that all rig site operational activities are carried out with all risks identified and satisfactorily mitigated.
  • Provide onsite guidance and resolve difficult and unusual problems in order to eliminate any delay in the drilling progress.
  • Responsible for technical standards, providing advice, endorsing approval, proposed changes of the issues relating to well services engineering, including provide an advice on whether proposals to change, recommend additional mitigation if necessary or to deviate from a standard and ensure the proposal has been described the present of both opportunities and threats that may occur from the change. Seek to engage TA2 as when require.
  • Advising residual risk level after putting mitigation measures in the system.
  • Reviewing initial risk assessment and mitigation actions or planned measures for initial Assessed Risk up to ALARP.
  • Promote and ensure all the health, safety and environment activities follows and comply with Companys HSE policies, procedures and regulations and effectively implemented to secure work environment in order to meet compamy HSE plan and targets.
  • Manage, analyze and evaluate vendor/outsource parties relationships, third party work performance to ensure compliance of contractual agreement and Service Level Agreement (SLA) and responsible to the quality standard services is delivered to end users align with company guidelines, policies and procedures.
  • Administer and manage budgets and actual utilization by forecasting requirements, reviewing work programme budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective action to ensure effective cost management and optimization.
  • Monitor and manage the gaps and capabilities of staff through coaching and mentoring and formation of capability development plan in order to have a skilled, qualified and continuously improving workforce in company.
  • Administer the implementation of department policies and procedures by reviewing operational needs and obtaining approval and ensure compliance with business requirements, strategies and objectives.

Requirement

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering equivalent.
  • More than 15 years experience in Well Service operation in monobore tubingless completion with good knowledge of wireline operation, well testing operation, well completion operation, coiled tubing operation, and work over operation and Rig-less Plug & Abandonment (P&A) operation.
  • Good knowledge of Well Integrity Management and capable of managing/supervising Well Integrity related operation ie. Wellhead and Xmas tree Preventive and Corrective Maintenance, trouble shooting TR-SCSSSV problems.
  • Good knowledge and able to lead bidding/tender exercise and manage contract for well service operations.
