Job Purpose:

• We are looking for a Commercial Analyst & Planner to support the company's commercial strategies, especially related to Petroleum Arrangements such as PSCs and GSAs. This role involves planning, economic evaluation, reporting, and coordination with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and business growth.

Scope of Works:

• Support the development and negotiation of Petroleum Arrangements (e.g., PSC, GSA).
• Conduct market and commercial analysis to guide decision-making.
• Prepare and coordinate business plans and budgets.
• Evaluate project economics and recommend best options.
• Prepare management reports (weekly, monthly, annual).
• Track and update performance indicators (KPI).
• Monitor project costs and propose cost-saving measures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HSE standards.
• Assist in any other tasks as required.

Requirement(s):

• Degree in Business, Finance, or Economics (Masters is a plus).
• At least 7 years of working experience in oil & gas, with 13 years in commercial or planning.
• Good understanding of E&P business, commercial agreements, and budgeting.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
