Quantity Surveyor

1. Execute core Quantity Surveyor activities for the project or department, including but not limited to:

-Cost Planning

-Cost Budgeting

-Cost Control & Forecasting

-Cost Control Reporting, Documentation, and Cost Closeout

2. Act as the focal point and resource for Quantity Surveyor-related matters in the project or department, by:

-Providing professional advice as needed.

-Attending project meetings and discussions to represent the Quantity Surveyor function.

-Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment.

-Supporting effective project control execution by driving improvement initiatives and delivering trainingwhere required.
