Description
- Drilling and Connection Performance
- Tripping Drill Pipe and Casing Performance
- Track & analyse operation Micro KPIs and target setting
- Identify Non Productive Time, Invisible Lost Time, and Flat time to improve performance
- Able to contribute to Best Practices in Well engineering & project delivery
- Coach project teams on performance management & optimization practices
- Lead development of workflow automation and data visualization projects (Excel, Python, MS Power BI) and
- All other related tasks
Requirement
- Must have minimum bachelors degree in Engineering, Geology, Petroleum or Science discipline;
- Minimum Ten (10) years of Oil and Gas Industry experience:
- Minimum Four (4) years of drilling operation performance optimization experience;
- Attended Extended Reach Drilling (ERD), Stuck Pipe Prevention, Well Control and other Well Operation and Intervention courses;
- Extensive experience in drilling optimization, FEWD response plot, evaluate FEWD and mud logging data;
- Good knowledge of well control techniques, e.g. warnings sign, kick detection, hole cleaning and etc;
- Capable of providing comparative performance analysis of offset wells or rigs with opportunity for inefficiency and performance development;
- Able of identifying workflow enhancement opportunities, data visualization solutions and develop simple tools for these purposes in Excel, MS Power Platform, Power BI, Power Apps or Python;
- Proficient at using Power Query and writing expressions in Power BI;
- Skilled in data processing: clean, transform, manipulate, merge and engineer data from different sources;
- Have excellent command of English language in both speaking and writing;
