Senior EHS Specialist

Position: Senior EHS Specialist

Role Purpose:

• Provide daily EHS support to operating assets and site teams.
• Conduct EHS compliance evaluations, gap assessments, and internal/external assurance reviews.
• Develop, update, and roll out EHS procedures, guidelines, and control documents.
• Lead and participate in safety coaching, toolbox talks, and field-level hazard awareness sessions.
• Coordinate and support incident reporting, investigation, root cause analysis, and lesson-learned documentation.
• Drive EHS campaigns, awareness initiatives, and culture improvement programs.
• Prepare and maintain SIMOPS (Simultaneous Operations) Plans and Bridging Documents for contractor and multi-activity integration.
• Track and ensure timely closure of EHS-related actions from audits, inspections, peer reviews, and incident investigations.

Qualification & Experiences

• Bachelors Degree in Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in the upstream oil and gas industry.
• At least 5 years of direct experience working in an Operator environment, supporting EHS-related operations.
