Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• Drive and manage the project and integrate all project activities during various project phases which consists of conceptual and Front-End engineering, detail engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and start-up & operation effectively with full compliance to project specification, COMPANY Project Management System (PPMS) and relevant statutory requirements.
• Monitor and track project performance (HSSE, cost, schedule, and quality) i.e., OTOBOS is meet by provide report and coordinate meetings with all discipline and stakeholder.

Responsibilities

• Bachelors degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, other relevant Engineering field or Project management.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 0 - 5 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
• Professional Certification (optional but preferred) EIT (Engineer in Training), BEM Graduate Engineer, MBOT certification.
• Basic understanding of engineering principles, project planning, and execution.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Knowledge of contract management, risk assessment, and budgeting (advantageous but not required).
• Willingness to learn and adapt to CAPEX & OPEX project execution.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Internship or final-year project experience in project management or engineering-related work is an advantage.
• Willing to travel or work on-site as required
