Operations Superintendent

We are hiring on behalf of our esteemed oil & gas client for an Operations Superintendent position. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficiency, safety, and compliance of offshore operations, with a strong focus on Operations & Maintenance (O&M).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction on O&M activities to meet company KPI targets.
• Oversee the entire O&M team, ensuring smooth operations.
• Lead Operations Readiness efforts to enhance efficiency.
• Address and resolve operational and HSE issues on platforms.
• Implement best practices to improve production performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in the oil & gas Production Sharing Contract (PSC) sector.
  Strong leadership, problem-solving, and HSE management skills.
• Extensive experience in offshore operations within oil & gas, including both operators and O&M contractors.
• Expertise in:

1. MOPU (Mobile Offshore Production Unit)
2. Floating Storage & Offloading (FSO) systems
3. Storage Tankers
4. Oil Production & Gas Processing
5. Gas Compression & Dehydration
6. Water Injection Systems
