Roles & Responsibility
- Manage, plan and organize offshore construction spread in performing its work onshore
- Manage the effectiveness of offshore operations to ensure project execution is within the agreed time frame or schedule
- Operational and technical project support.
- Vessels crewing
- Construction spread operations
- Derrick/pipelay barge operations
- Liaison with diving and ROV subcontractors
- Liaison with survey and positioning subcontractors
- Coordinating all activities related to the mobilization and demobilization of the project equipment, material and personnel.
- Ensure the mobilization and demobilization programmers are completed in a safe and timely manner and within budget
- Ensure all necessary work plans and ITPs are prepared and the resources are available to meet the plan
Requirements
- A minimum of 15 years experience in offshore construction and minimum 5 years in similar capacity in offshore oil and gas upstream industry for WHPs & pipeline installation and subsea spool diving works is essential.
- He must have a proven record in Project, Safety and Personnel Management.
- He shall be conversant with International, Marine, Malaysian, and Company legal and statutory regulations/specifications/codes and procedures.
- Proficient in English, with good oral and written communication skills
- Malaysian or Thailand Nationality is preferred.
