Roles & Responsibility

  • Manage, plan and organize offshore construction spread in performing its work onshore
  • Manage the effectiveness of offshore operations to ensure project execution is within the agreed time frame or schedule
  • Operational and technical project support.
  • Vessels crewing
  • Construction spread operations
  • Derrick/pipelay barge operations
  • Liaison with diving and ROV subcontractors
  • Liaison with survey and positioning subcontractors
  • Coordinating all activities related to the mobilization and demobilization of the project equipment, material and personnel.
  • Ensure the mobilization and demobilization programmers are completed in a safe and timely manner and within budget
  • Ensure all necessary work plans and ITPs are prepared and the resources are available to meet the plan

Requirements

  • A minimum of 15 years experience in offshore construction and minimum 5 years in similar capacity in offshore oil and gas upstream industry for WHPs & pipeline installation and subsea spool diving works is essential.
  • He must have a proven record in Project, Safety and Personnel Management.
  • He shall be conversant with International, Marine, Malaysian, and Company legal and statutory regulations/specifications/codes and procedures.
  • Proficient in English, with good oral and written communication skills
  • Malaysian or Thailand Nationality is preferred.
