Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Creativity and strong design skills are an advantage.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Training Coordination:
    • Schedule and send calendar invite for training sessions.
    • Monitor and track attendance of training participants.
    • Arrange training venues and ensure all necessary equipment is set up.
    • Coordinate and arrange refreshments for training sessions.
  2. Database Management:
    • Update and maintain the training database with accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and participant feedback.
    • Generate reports on training activities and outcomes as required.
  3. Event Planning and Coordination:
    • Assist in planning and organizing corporate events, including training sessions and workshops.
    • Assist in preparing event materials and documentation, such as agendas, guest lists, and presentation materials.
    • Provide on-site support during events, handling registration, directing attendees, and addressing logistical issues.
  4. General Administrative Support:
    • Provide administrative support for event planning activities, such as preparing documents and organizing schedules.
    • Assist in managing RSVPs, registrations, and attendee communications before and during events.
    • Assist in finalizing and editing presentation materials for the HR and Admin team.
