Scope of Works:

  • Serve as the Company EHS Site Representative, acting as the focal point for all EHS matters.
  • Lead and execute site-level EHS activities including:
    • Daily verifications, surveillance, inspections, and walk rounds
    • EHS reporting, audits, and reviews
    • Onsite risk assessments, safety workshops, and EHS inductions
    • Procedure development, including bridging documents and gap analyses
    • Behavior-Based Safety observations, hazard spotting, and UAUC reporting
    • Incident investigations and corrective action implementation
  • Conduct training programs and onboarding sessions in line with EHS requirements.
  • Promote a strong safety culture through consistent communication and coaching of site personnel.
  • Liaise with client, contractor, and company stakeholders to ensure alignment on safety standards and expectations.

Requirement(s):

  • Degree or Diploma in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Holds one of the following:
    • Professional Certificate in Safety & Health Officer (NIOSH Malaysia), or
    • Registered Safety & Health Officer (SHO) with DOSH Malaysia, or
    • NEBOSH International General Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety.
  • Minimum 12 years of relevant experience, with at least 8 years of cumulative experience in yard and/or offshore operations.
  • Proven experience in leading EHS activities at construction, fabrication, or offshore facilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of Malaysian and international EHS regulations and best practices.
