Description

  • Develop detailed completion plans tailored to reservoir and well conditions, ensuring optimal production and recovery rates.
  • Evaluate and recommend technologies, materials, and methodologies for well completion and workover.
  • Perform feasibility studies, risk assessments, and technical reviews.
  • Supervise and monitor completion activities on-site, ensuring alignment with approved plans and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless execution, including drilling engineers, production teams, and contractors.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues during execution phases to minimize downtime and optimize costs.
  • Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and schedules for completion projects.
  • Continuously evaluate project performance and apply lessons learned to improve future projects.
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Prepare and present technical documentation, including completion procedures, operational updates, and post-completion reports.

Requirement

  • Minimum with Bachelor's or higher degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in drilling and completion engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of drilling engineering, well completion techniques, and reservoir engineering principles.
  • Advanced proficiency in drilling and well design software.
  • Possess IWCF/IADC Well Control certification or equivalent.
