Description

  • Development and execution of reservoir and well surveillance plans covering contaminant management (sand, water, etc.)
  • Well performance analysis
  • Production philosophy covering well operating procedures and guidelines

  • Setting prioritization on idle wells management via proposed solutions in order to reduce the inventory, therefore maximizing wells capacity availability to meet nomination.
  • Technical support on well integrity related problems.
  • Experienced in Full vs Force Balanced Allocation basis of Production back allocation (PBA)
  • Support data management initiates
  • Setting prioritization of the well intervention activities and periodic reviews with management
  • Explore a more cost-effective well completion strategy, fit-for-purpose well start-up operations (perforation and clean-up) perforation design/strategy & well bean-ups programs for new development wells
  • Integrating Data / Cross Discipline Interaction
    • Reservoir Engineering
    • Drilling and Completions Engineering
    • Projects, Facilities and Operations Engineering
  • Well Surveillance, Data Gathering & Well Intervention plans and costs for the WP&B
  • Preparation and co-ordination of documents e.g. data gathering plan, production strategy, operating procedures, Management and Shareholder presentations
  • Develop and maintain Well Surveillance workplans, including schedule and resource requirements
  • Mentoring of junior PEs, including input to other sections
  • Presentation preparation and delivery; including peer review sessions; act as peer reviewer for other teams
  • Stewardship of data and data management processes
  • Staff selection and interviewing

Requirement

  • Minimum Honor Degree in Petroleum Engineering or related discipline with formal training courses in various P.E. function
  • 10 years or more work experience in all aspects of Petroleum Engineerin
  • Experience in numerical simulation modeling will be an advantage
