QAQC Inspector (Painting Inspector)

Description

• Read and familiarize project AFC drawings, Painting Matrix, specifications, procedures, ITP, shop drawings and applicable international codes and standards, such as ASTM D3276, SSPC, and CINI;
• Develop QC Inspection package for the area/ scope of works and get immediate supervisor approval;
• Perform/ witness quality inspection, testing and surveillance (blasting, painting, coating and insulation) as per the approved Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) as directed by immediate supervisor;

Requirement

• Minimum Diploma or Vocational Certificate in relevant disciplines.
• Holding at least for the following certification
  • BGAS-CSWIP Paint Inspector grade 2
  • NACE Paint Inspection Level 2
  • IMM Level 2
  • ICOR Level 2
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in oil and gas
• Inspection and Testing techniques
• Painting/Coating/ Insulation requirements
• COMPANY Technical Standards (PTS)
• Codes and Specifications: ASTM D3276, SSPC, CINI
• Read and interprets construction drawings
