About the job Admin Assistant
Description
- Provide supporting role in administering overall departmental functions in the areas Contract Administration such as of Work/Orders / Release Orders, Organizing, Administration, Budget Planning and Utilization, Time writing, Purchases Services, Filing, Fixed Assets and Processing Invoices.
- Design and format high impact/critical technical papers, presentation materials & training manuals and updating technical documentation. Key resources for any departmental events, functions, meetings, workshop, seminars and briefings. Key resources for department rearrangement in term of set-up and layout and provide assistance/expertise for the set-up and arrangement of new project offices.
- Administer department in a timely, efficient and cost effective manner to support business and operational objectives and plans and in compliance with the approved policies and procedures.
Requirement
- Minimum SPM or Industrial/'Technical certificates.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in digital data processing.
