Technical Assistant

Job Purpose:

• Assist Quality Manager and Quality Engineer in Quality Management System analysis and improvement e.g. perform internal audits and site surveillance activity.
• Assist Quality Engineer in conducting Project Quality Programs, produce Quality Bulletin and Quality alert.
• Assist Quality Engineer in consolidating the inputs to produce QAQC Weekly and Monthly report.
• Assist Quality Engineer to produce Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on monthly welding repair rate, Non-Conformance Report (NCR) and Quality Alert Notice (QAN).
• Assist Quality Engineer to monitor and track project Quality Key Performance Index and verify the data correctness.
• Assist Inspection Engineer in tracking the Notice of Inspection (NOI) for FAT and Inspection and review the Expediting report.
• Assist in maintaining quality records and registers.

Qualification/Skills:

• Minimum SPM with relevant training/certificate and exposures in information management or document and record management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience.
• PCWS & QCMS Certification
• ISO Auditor Certification
• Good communication skill
• Excellent computer literacy
• Possess networking skills, while being implementation- and result oriented person
• Possess nature of integrity and trust and promotes service excellence mindset
• Teamwork, people skills and inter-personal relations.
