About the job Senior Analyst, Interface Management
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for key operational agreements including but not limited to Power purchase agreement, Land Sublease Agreement, water supply agreement, common facilities agreement, Sulphur Sale Agreement, Right of Ways, Crossing Agreement, Construction and Tie-In Agreement (CTIA), Land Use Agreement (LUA) etc.
- Effectively manage and ensure the implementation and compliance of the established operational and commercial contracts.
- Coordinate meetings related to interfaces and key operational agreements, both internally and externally, to initiate discussions and formalize settlements for both commercial and technical support.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years experience in the upstream Oil & Gas industry.
- University degree (or similar qualification) in Engineering, or related fields of study.
- Working knowledge and skills of Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
