Description:

  • Responsible for managing project schedules preferably up to Level 4 schedule.
  • Prepare and manage progress measurement and tracking system for engineering, procurement, construction, T&I, hook-up and commissioning.
  • Manage all planning and scheduling activities, inclusive preparation of weekly and monthly project reports, cost and schedule status reports and presentations materials.
  • Demonstrate a good knowledge of business awareness, key project performance drivers and Risk Management aspects of project delivery.
  • Manage interfaces with Integrated Operations Planning (IOP).
  • Responsible for overseeing the Field Development Plan (FDP) process from conception to execution.
  • Responsible for guiding projects through each stage of the Stage Gate process, from initial concept to final commercialization.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project objectives, conducting thorough project assurance reviews, and ensuring compliance with PETRONAS procedures and guidelines throughout the development process.

Requirement:

  • Minimum of 6 years working experience in the Oil and Gas industry particularly, in key planning, scheduling, and control roles throughout all project phases from visualization to execution.
  • Familiar with Field Development Plan, project development life cycle and project assurance reviews, inclusive of PETRONAS Procedures and Guidelines.
  • Proficient in PC applications, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Pert Master.
  • Excellent supervisory, communication and presentation skills including oral and written reporting and organization management.
