Well Integrity

Responsibilities

1. Conduct Risk Screening and Assess Well Integrity Issues:
   • Evaluate and screen for potential risks related to well integrity.
   • Identify and assess issues impacting well integrity.
2. Provide Technical Recommendations:
   • Develop and propose technical solutions to address well integrity issues reported by field operations personnel.
   • Deliver actionable recommendations to enhance well integrity.
3. Coordinate with Offshore Operations Team:
   • Collaborate with offshore operations to manage risks associated with wells with defective barriers.
   • Lead diagnostic programs to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve well integrity issues.
   • Work closely with the well intervention team to formulate remediation plans for wells with integrity concerns.
4. Expertise in Well Integrity:
   • Possess in-depth knowledge of well construction, drilling, and completion processes.
   • Understand risks associated with wells that have defective barriers and strategies for risk mitigation.
   • Develop and recommend potential remediation plans for integrity issues.
5. Risk Management Knowledge:
   • Have a comprehensive understanding of risk management in offshore oil and gas operations, specifically focusing on process safety risks.
   • Proficient in defining and quantifying risks related to wells with defective barriers.
   • Implement and monitor risk management strategies to mitigate potential hazards

Requirements

• Hold a degree in Engineering.
• Possess a valid IADC well control certificate
• Over 5 years of experience in Well Integrity surveillance, diagnostics, and well engineering.
