About the job Marine EHS Specialist
Responsible
- Lead the health and safety programs for the marine operations and ensure that all marine related activities comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards and company requirement.
- Consult, advise and direct marine operations in matters relating to EHS, participate in EHS meetings, audits, contractor engagement meetings, reporting of incidents, incident investigations and EHS performance reporting. When required, consultant to become the company field representative for marine EHS assurance.
Requirements
- Possess background in marine (Nautical or Engineering) operations (Master Mariner or Chief Engineer class 1 unlimited).
- Holds IMO certified with at least 5 years of experience in oil and gas related operations.
- Possess valid Medical Fitness Certificate from PETRONAS
- Possess Approved Medical Examiner (AME)
- Holds valid T-Bosiet certificate as per the latest PETRONAS Offshore Safety Passport (OSP) Guideline.
