Job Description:

  • Assist the IRSO EC Engineering Head in coordinating and tracking all TSS SR and FEL activities. Prepare a comprehensive database for project tracking activities across various project phases, including conceptual and front-end engineering. Ensure data accuracy and timely updates to support effective decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with the Engineering Cluster Technical Manager, Project Engineer, and Project Control Engineer to monitor and track project performance metrics, including HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environment), cost, schedule, and quality. Generate detailed reports and analyses to highlight progress, identify potential issues, and recommend corrective actions to ensure the project remains on track.
  • Organize and facilitate regular meetings with all project disciplines and stakeholders. Coordinate and communicate effectively to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Support the preparation and review of project documentation, including technical specifications, engineering designs, and project plans. Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in risk management activities by identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies. Monitor risk factors throughout the project lifecycle and update the risk management plan as necessary.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of project management best practices and tools. Provide training and support to team members to enhance their project management skills and knowledge.

Qualification/Skills:

  • 1-9 years of working experience in the Oil and Gas industry, with a strong understanding of engineering project coordination and management principles.
  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Engineering or an equivalent field. Additional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of HSSE regulations and best practices in the Oil and Gas industry. Commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards.
