HSE Executive

1. Take charge of the development and comprehensive oversight of the implementation of the Projects' Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) plan.
2. Develop and implement project-specific Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) systems and requirements through collaboration and integration within various projects. This approach aims to enhance and maximize the value creation of COMPANY's capital projects, ensuring that safety and environmental standards are meticulously upheld while driving overall project success and efficiency.
3. Establish and oversee a unified and consistent risk-based Health, Safety, Environmental, and Security (HSES) culture across the entire project, ensuring thorough implementation and continuous monitoring for optimal safety and compliance. 
4. Develop and oversee a comprehensive approach to Health, Safety, Environment, and Security (HSES) risk management throughout all phases of the project. This includes ensuring that all identified risk mitigation measures are effectively implemented and adhered to by the contractor, thereby promoting a safe and compliant project environment.
5. Conduct thorough reviews of contractor Health, Safety, Environment, and Security (HSES) documentation, including policies and procedures, and perform comprehensive gap analyses whenever necessary to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Health, Safety and Environment (HSE), Engineering or Science.
• Attended Safety and Health Officer Course
• Minimum 7 years HSE working experience in Oil and Gas industry OR 10 years' HSE experience in Construction industry
