About the job Human Resource Manager
Responsibilities
- Directly reports to the CEO of the company
- Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources functions which include manpower planning, sourcing and placement initiatives, payroll administration, training & development, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management and other HR related support services.
- Manage and administer the implementation of HR system (Rymnet Solutions) to ensure full utilisation of the system capability to support the business efficiency and positive employees / users experience.
- Manage performance measurement and career management programmes designed to improve individual and organizational effectiveness and provide employees the opportunities to develop their abilities and develop their career with the company.
- Manage, review, and implement rewards management and remunerations policies and systems which will attract, retain and motivate employees and which supports overall organizational goals.
- Liaise with relevant authorities and bodies on matter pertaining to human resource and industrial relations.
- Manage and supervise hostel management activities and manage outsourcing vendor effectively.
- Formulates and implements policies and processes to ensure smooth and efficient running of human resource function that support the business operations and in line with the statutory requirements
- Provides internal HR advise and oversees effective resolution of related HR activities and ensures partnership and synergy with Outlets to maximize human capital returns.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business Studies / Administration /Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resource with at least 3 year(s) of working experience in managerial level. Preferred to someone who have experience working in F&B / Retail / Hotel or equivalent.
- Fluent in Bahasa, English, Cantonese and/or Mandarin
- Knowledgeable in Foreign Workers Management including Foreign Workers approval is desirable.
- Good understanding of related statutory legislation not limiting to Employment Act, EPF, SOCSO, and Industrial Relations
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to negotiate and persuade others are required.
- Have the ability to interact with all levels of organization
- Strong leadership skills with a structured thought process
