- All certificates must be valid before start work (Medical Offshore, BOSIET/CAEBS)
- This is a contract basis position until December 31st, 2025
Responsibilities
- Provide support company's drilling activities Base on drilling program
- Supervise day to day operations with documentation and clearance of all drilling materials cargo and chartered vessel clearance.
- Liaise/coordinate with all services company to supply equipment, chemicals, tubulars for load out per drilling program
- Provide advice to Drilling Manager / Superintendent on Customs duties / matters, drilling, vessel, clearance, load out by coordinating with companies forwarding agent.
- Generate Purchase Order / Work Orders, maximo PR for any related drilling requirements
- Handle Bank Guarantee for Drilling Requirements by coordinating with KSB Logistics group
- Support drilling activities, cargo planning, deck utilization and vessel movement between supply base and rig
- Monitor all drilling contractors' materials, tracking, materials on hold, inspection, storage, transportation etc.
- Arrange drilling vessel bunkering of dry and liquid bulk, diesel bunkering with shorebase provider per requirement
- Support drilling, personnel check'-in on vessels, Medevac and Hotshot processes per established process
- Coordinate vessel tank cleaning during vessel off'-hire
- Verify mill certificate, inspection prior release of materials
- Review PO verses DO, documentation VS physical items being shipped
- Process all approved drilling requisition for materials, equipment, and service
- Expedite drilling materials request from vendor/contractor within rig required date
- Inspect all drilling operation materials received from vendor and rig
- Ensure back load equipment comply with HSE standard and guidelines
- Prepare equipment checklist for MOB & DEMOB
- Advise Drilling Superintendent/Engineer on equipment /materials shortage, status prior execution phase of Drilling Program
- Direct/manage all drilling Materials testing, receive/deliver as planned to optimize drilling Operations costs
- Supervise all Drilling Materials handling activities to ensure safe and efficient offloading/loading/transportation of materials to warehouse/yard/vendor/jetty
Requirement
- Minimum 10 years working experience in the related role as Drilling Material Coordinator in the upstream oil and gas industry
- Good and sound knowledge of Customs declarations and importation/export of materials
- Shorebase processes, PBKSB rules and procedures will be an added advantage
- Freight/Forwarding, drilling rig notification, other notification to relevant authorities prior rig arrival
- Mobile within offices and locations during conduct of business.
- Able to work with minimum supervision and at odd hours
