About the job Schedule Control Executive
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline, along with a minimum of 7 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, specifically in roles such as Schedule Controller or Project Control Engineer.
Job Purpose:
In this role, you will be responsible for executing schedule development and control activities for projects, which include but are not limited to:
- Project planning and control
- Performance management, progress measurement, and reporting
- Critical path network activities analysis
- Manpower planning
- Verification and validation of progress
- Schedule risk management
- Project close-out activities
The focal/resource person for schedule control will:
- Provide schedule control advice to the internal Project Management Team (PMT) as needed.
- Serve as the primary interface for clients, stakeholders, finance, HSE, and all technical disciplines on schedule-related activities.
- Monitor and track improvement initiatives and trainings across all disciplines to ensure effective project control execution.
