Location: Mont Kiara (On behalf of our client)

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the Managing Director (MD) and internal/external clients, including bankers and clients from Hong Kong.
  • Screen, organize, and distribute information, including legal documents.
  • Handle requests and queries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Manage the MDs diary, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Take dictation, prepare meeting minutes, and assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and briefs.
  • Ensure smooth office operations by coordinating day-to-day activities and communications.

Requirements:

  • Diploma holders and degree holders are encouraged to apply.
  • No prior experience needed; training will be provided.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office is required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with the latest office gadgets and applications.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
