About the job Personal Assistant
Location: Mont Kiara (On behalf of our client)
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the Managing Director (MD) and internal/external clients, including bankers and clients from Hong Kong.
- Screen, organize, and distribute information, including legal documents.
- Handle requests and queries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Manage the MDs diary, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Take dictation, prepare meeting minutes, and assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and briefs.
- Ensure smooth office operations by coordinating day-to-day activities and communications.
Requirements:
- Diploma holders and degree holders are encouraged to apply.
- No prior experience needed; training will be provided.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office is required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with the latest office gadgets and applications.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
