We are hiring for our client, seeking a motivated Conveyancing Secretary to join their office in Mont Kiara. No prior experience is required as comprehensive training and guidance will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist lawyers in the preparation of conveyancing documents.
  • Liaise with bankers, developers, and other relevant parties as required.
  • Handle general administrative tasks to support the conveyancing team.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of all assigned tasks.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
