This exclusive opportunity is available to final-year students majoring in:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Office Management System and Business Administration.

What We're Looking For:

• Current student or recent Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Office Management System and Business Administration.
• Year 2025 available internships placement
• Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities.
• Possessed good knowledge and tactical skill in each study area.
• A passion for area of study and Oil & Gas Industry.

Tasks:

Recruiter

• Assisting with scheduling interviews and coordinating meetings.
• Managing candidate records and maintaining applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Collecting CV and update in Elsa database
• Preparing job descriptions and updating career portals
• CV conversion

• Creating content to promote job opportunities and the company culture.
• To properly do research of market potential for new business, such as Data Centre industry

Learning & Development

• Assisting with internal training sessions for new hiring practices.
• Gaining exposure to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies in hiring.

Operation

• Supporting procurement processes by researching suppliers and comparing costs
• Draft agreement for consultant
• Helping for onboarding process (booking for accommodations, transportation, copper booking, etc)
• Assist on the documenting follow standard Elsa talent SOP.

Learning and Development

• Attending workshops or training sessions to understand operational strategies.
• Gaining exposure to cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills.
