Sourcing Analyst

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE 

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent professional qualification in related fields with Master degree in Business Administration would be an advantage.
• Minimum 6 years experience in procurement, logistics or supply chain management for oil and gas industry.

Job Description:

Sourcing

• Plan & execute sourcing activities for low value and high value and complex tender including urgent & ad-hoc requirements.

Master Procurement Plan (MPP) Execution

• Coordinate and execute effective implementation MPP for materials and services via effective contracting plans and efficient tracking mechanism in order to meet project schedule, to avoid project deferment in accordance to COMPANY established policies, procedures and regulatory requirements, practice of good governance and integrity in the overall processes and practices and maximize value creation.

Cost Saving

• Drive and conduct value creation through tactical intervention, negotiation with Contractor for new and existing contracts, economies of scale through requirement integration, joint tendering between internal customers and/or between PSCs and shareholders market trend analysis

Contract Document Execution and Post Contract Administration

• Prepare and coordinate contract document for COMPANY stakeholders (line department, legal, finance and contractor) within allocated timeline to protect Companys interest during implementation of Scope of Work or Supply.
