Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and nurture enduring relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate.

Operational Excellence:

  • Champion initiatives aimed at optimizing operational processes and enhancing organizational efficiency.

Requirements[HAW1]

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Energy, Digital Transformation, Engineering & Robotics; or Talent Solutions, with a proven track record of success in strategic leadership roles.
  • Able to develop new business opportunities and add value to the company
  • Possess vast networking with proven track record of success in business development, with a focus on digital solutions and engineering services.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
