Responsibilities

Strategic Advisory

• Provide visionary leadership and strategic guidance to middle management, drawing upon expertise in digital technologies and engineering principles.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to conceptualize and execute initiatives that drive innovation, growth, and operational excellence.

Business Development

• Lead the identification and pursuit of lucrative business opportunities aligned with Elsa's core strengths.
• Forge strategic partnerships and alliances, leveraging market insights and industry trends to drive sustainable growth and market expansion.

Client Relationship Management:

• Cultivate and nurture enduring relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate.
• Anticipate client needs, deliver personalized solutions, and exceed expectations to foster long-term loyalty and satisfaction.

Operational Excellence:

• Champion initiatives aimed at optimizing operational processes and enhancing organizational efficiency.

Requirements[HAW1]

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Energy, Digital Transformation, Engineering & Robotics; or Talent Solutions, with a proven track record of success in strategic leadership roles.
• Able to develop new business opportunities and add value to the company
• Possess vast networking with proven track record of success in business development, with a focus on digital solutions and engineering services.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
