Responsibilities
Strategic Advisory
- Provide visionary leadership and strategic guidance to middle management, drawing upon expertise in digital technologies and engineering principles.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to conceptualize and execute initiatives that drive innovation, growth, and operational excellence.
Business Development
- Lead the identification and pursuit of lucrative business opportunities aligned with Elsa's core strengths.
- Forge strategic partnerships and alliances, leveraging market insights and industry trends to drive sustainable growth and market expansion.
Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and nurture enduring relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate.
- Anticipate client needs, deliver personalized solutions, and exceed expectations to foster long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
Operational Excellence:
- Champion initiatives aimed at optimizing operational processes and enhancing organizational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, mitigate bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to maximize performance and outcomes.
Innovation Leadership
- Drive a culture of innovation and creativity within the organization, encouraging the exploration of new ideas and technologies.

Requirements[HAW1]
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Energy, Digital Transformation, Engineering & Robotics; or Talent Solutions, with a proven track record of success in strategic leadership roles.
- Able to develop new business opportunities and add value to the company
- Possess vast networking with proven track record of success in business development, with a focus on digital solutions and engineering services.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic mindset, with the ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
