Job Description:

1. Responsible for procurement and logistic handling in drilling project.
2. Familiar with SAP system and Supply Chain Management.
3. Assigned to be PRRV / PR / PO / RO and OA creator for new award project from contractor.
4. Responsible to delivery and shipment schedule including tracking of payment and invoicing.
5. Monitor equipment procurement to avoid additional surplus creation.
6. Experienced as cost controller to ensure budget approval prior release order.
7. Focal person for Contractor Personal Competency (CPC) application review contractors' qualification prior working on site and offshore
8. Systematic database creator on market share, bit surplus and consumption and CWD
9. Focal to update and monitor surplus utilization and items in Supply base for rig operation.
10. A focal to monitor updated Wells Manual and Guidelines.
