About the job Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and ensure the management accounting reports are prepared on a timely basis.
  • Prepare financial analysis and participate in strategic reviews and periodic assessments of performance for company businesses.
  • Monitor, coordinate and preparation of annual budget and forecast for the company.
  • Preparation of financial information / reports and liaise with auditors, bankers and solicitors.
  • Assist to compile information in company's tax and assist in tax matters.
  • Providing operational support to the head of business and other operational personnel.
  • Monitor cashflow and assist in accounts receivables / payables management.
  • Perform treasury and banking transactions.
  • To perform any other task and assignments as directed by the Management from time to time.

Requirements

  • CIMA, ACCA, Degree in Finance/ Accounting or similar professional qualification.
  • Possess at least 5 years of relevant working experience particularly in property, construction, power and utilities business preferred.
  • Ability to think creatively, results oriented and displays consistent performance.
  • Able to work under pressure and independently.
  • Experience in public listed company environment is added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is preferable.
