Senior Lawyer

Scope : Conveyancing, Commercial, and Banking Law

Responsibilities:

• Oversee conveyancing transactions, including property sales, purchases, and financing arrangements.
• Manage and negotiate complex commercial contracts.
• Advise clients on banking regulations and ensure legal compliance.
• Lead a team of junior lawyers and provide guidance on legal issues.
• Represent clients in legal matters and liaise with relevant authorities.

Requirements:

• Law degree with qualification to practice in Malaysia.
• 3 to 5 years of legal experience.
• Expertise in conveyancing, commercial, and banking law.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
